OSS AGENTS ARREST ROLANDO MUñOZ YYOBRE IN HAVANA By Ricardo González Alfonso, Cuba Free Press.

HAVANA - Four agents from the Office of State Security (OSS) on Feb. 24 arrested Rolando Muñoz Iyobre, 29, a leader of the politically incorrect human rights movement in his home in the municipality of 10th of October.

Muñoz Yyobre is the vice president of the Human Rights Lawton Foundation. Members of the political police had been looking for him for some time until they found him at home.

María Teresa Yyobre, the mother of the well-known member of the opposition group, said the agents came to her home and were polite but refused to say where they were taking Rolando.

Earlier, the president of the Lawton Foundation, Dr. Oscar Elías Biscet, 38, had been detained. Laura Fernández, administrator of the "Hijas de Galicia" Women's Hospital led a crowd which beat Biscet while he tried to lead a non-violent demonstration.

Migdalia Rosado, another member of the same human rights group, was also detained that day.
